You have complete control over how quickly the investment is to pay for itself. Pricing for the broadband Internet access can be flexible, for example, based on the data volume or the duration of Internet access. The accounting software can be used both independently and in conjunction with the current hotel accounting systems such as Portel®, Micros-Fidelio® and GASTRodat®.
The software records usage over defined periods of time and forwards this information to the accounting software used by the hotel. A charge then appears on the final invoice for the Internet service usage. At the same time, the system meets the legal requirements for data retention.
